Take control, set a goal
It’s normally around mid December that you begin hearing about New Years Resolutions, which have always struck me as a bit of a weird concept.
I mean why wait til the 1st day of January to decide to make important changes?
I would however, suggest there’s NEVER a bad time to look at what goals you’d like to set, and perhaps now is as good a time as any to consider which personal goals will carry you closer to the way you’d like to live your life.
I’m talking about goals in how you think, behave, react. Goals around your internal self-speak, how treat yourself, how you take up your space.
❓How would you like to face 2025 differently to this year?
❓In what ways are you feeling held back by limiting beliefs, robbing you of opportunities, pleasure or success?
❓What commitments and boundaries will help you to live your life the way you deserve?
